Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Every CSA piece is made to order. Production takes 3–7 business days, then ships. US: 5–10 business days. Canada/UK/Europe/Australia: 7–14 business days. Rest of world: 10–21 business days.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days, check your spam folder then contact us at dberrios718@gmail.com with your order number.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

For international orders outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your local government. We recommend checking your country's import duty thresholds before ordering.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to 72 countries. If your country is not available at checkout, it is not currently supported by our fulfillment network.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us at dberrios718@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Sizing

How do Cypher pieces fit?

All CSA hoodies, crewnecks, and sweatpants are cut oversized by design. If you prefer a closer fit, size down one. Size charts are on each product page.

The Heavyweight set looks very large — is it supposed to fit that way?

Yes. The Heavyweight collection is built on a true oversized blank — wide shoulders, dropped sleeve, roomy body. This is intentional. If you are between sizes, size down.

Product & Quality

Are the graphics printed or embroidered?

All CSA graphics are DTG printed — direct-to-garment. The Varsity Letter set is DTG printed, not embroidered patches. We chose DTG to keep the set accessible while maintaining sharp detail and color accuracy wash after wash.

How should I care for my CSA pieces?

Machine wash cold or 30°C on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Low iron if needed. No bleach. No dry clean. Turn garments inside out before washing. For snow-washed pieces, wash separately for the first wash.

Will the snow-wash fade more over time?

The enzyme wash process locks in the fade before the piece ships. It will not continue to fade significantly with normal washing. What you receive is the finished look.
